EMS Force Pipe Sealants Certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61

"We proudly announce that our pipe sealing chemicals now comply with NSF /ANSI/ CAN 61 standard."

Standard required for water treatment or distribution products in North America, NSF/ANSI/CAN 61: Drinking Water System Components – Health Effects, sets health effects criteria for many water system components including joining and sealing materials such as gaskets, adhesives, lubricants, etc., pipes and related products such as pipes, hoses, fittings, and plumbing devices.

The NSF mark, well respected by public health officials and drinking water utilities, is recognized as a symbol of product quality and integrity. Market leaders strive to attain NSF certification as a mark of distinction that provides their customers with assurance that their product does not leach harmful contaminants into drinking water.

It is our pleasure to announce that our EMS Force 5543 and 5577 Anaerobic Pipe Sealants now meet the regulatory requirements for drinking water supplies, water treatment and distribution products in the U.S. and Canada, fulfilling the testing requirements for many other countries as well.
