CHEMICAL ANCHOR

Polyester with Styrene Chemical Anchor

Polyester with styrene is a high performance general purpose two-component chemical anchoring system that has been formulated for anchoring in a wide variety of building materials.

  • PE: Normal gel and cure time (standard grade)
  • PE-E: Slow gel and fast cure time for high-temperature environments (extended gel time / tropical grade)
  • PE-C: Fast gel and fast cure time for cold-temperature environments (winter grade)

Polyester Styrene Free Chemical Anchor

Polyester styrene free is a universal bonded anchoring system for use in hollow and solid substrates within dry, wet or flooded conditions formulated free of styrene, PESF has a very low odour and is ideal for use in confined spaces and indoors.

  • PESF – normal gel and cure time (standard grade)
  • PESF-E – slow gel and fast cure time for high-temperature environments (extended gel time / tropical grade)
  • PESF-C – fast gel and fast cure time for cold-temperature environments (winter grade)

Vinylester with Styrene Chemical Anchor

Vinylester with styrene is a two-component bonded anchoring system for stress-free fixing into solid and hollow substrates. VE produces higher bond strength than polyester and is suitable for more demanding applications. VE is ideal for applications such as hand railings, fences, posts and signs, air conditioning and ventilation systems or public furniture.

  • VE – normal gel and cure time (standard grade)
  • VE-E – slow gel and fast cure time for high-temperature environments (extended gel time / tropical grade)
  • VE-C – fast gel and fast cure time for cold-temperature environments (winter grade)

Vinylester Styrene Free Chemical Anchor

Vinylester styrene free is a multi-purpose bonded anchoring system with improved performance. It is suitable for use in dry, wet and flooded holes. Formulated free of styrene, VESF has a very low odour and is ideal for use in confined spaces and indoors.

  • VESF – normal gel and cure time (standard grade)
  • VESF-E – slow gel and fast cure time for high-temperature environments (extended gel time / tropical grade)
  • VESF-C – fast gel and fast cure time for cold-temperature environments (winter grade)

Epoxy Acrylate Styrene Free Chemical Anchor

EASF offers outstanding performance in concrete, masonry, and other substrates. It is ideally suited for high load/heavy duty structural anchoring applications of studs, threaded bars, starter bars and dowels.

Being free of styrene, our EASF formulation has a very low odour and is well suited for use indoors and in confined spaces. It has a very low VOC content.

  • EASF – normal gel and cure time (standard grade)
  • EASF-E – slow gel and fast cure time for high-temperature environments (extended gel time / tropical grade)
  • EASF-C – fast gel and fast cure time for cold-temperature environments (winter grade)

Pure Epoxy Chemical Anchor

EP 500 is a two-component pure epoxy bonded anchoring system for use in cracked and uncracked concrete under normal as well as seismic conditions. Designed for most demanding structural applications and rebar connections.

EP 1000 is a ultimate performance two-component pure epoxy bonded anchoring system for use in cracked and uncracked concrete under normal as well as seismic conditions. It works perfectly down to -5 °C, cures fast and has high strenght
